The imposive stone-wall which curves and cuts into the landscape served as the primary formal concept from which the rest of the house stems. The wall serves as the spine linking the main living spaces. These spaces project outwards to take full advantage of the views. The structure gives the impression of growing out of the island landscape, with local stone as its main feature. It also uses strong and contrasting contemporary materials to differentiate the main living spaces from the stone wall they project from.

Σε συνέχεια της πρώτης κατοικίας μας στην Κέα ο σχεδιασμός της εξοχικής κατοικίας στην ίδια μεριά του νησιού αλλά σε πολύ διαφορετικό τοπίο και σχέση με τη θάλασσα ήταν πρόκληση ώστε να μην επαναλάβουμε μια τυπολογία, αλλά να διαμορφώσουμε μια νέα μορφή ανάλογη με τις λειτουργικές απαιτήσεις του πελάτη, του τοπίου και των νέων παραμέτρων που κάθε νέο έργο βάζει.
